Introduction to the internal game rules of the Minecraft Server

 

Welcome to our Minecraft server! We have created a few rules in order to guarantee a fair, respectful and pleasant gaming experience. These rules apply to all players and are independent from the Terms of Service (TOS) of the server.

 

Please note that these rules might be changed in one way or another at any time given and that it is the player’s obligation to make sure you are aware of all changes. If you disregard these rules, you might get a temporary or permanent ban from the server.

 

Our supporters have a bit of room on how to execute the rules. They are there to ensure an enjoyable and balanced experience for everyone and they will always act in the best interest of the whole team and all players on the server.

 

Please note as well, that you cannot challenge our rules with any legal action. Their main purpose is to make the coexistence of everyone on the server as good as possible.

 

When you play on our server, you automatically agree to those rules. Thank you for your comprehension and have fun!

 

Now follow the detailed rules:

1. Respectful behavior: Every player is required to behave in a respectful and friendly manner towards other players. Insults, bullying, discrimination or other forms of disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may lead to a ban. This also applies to behavior in chats, forums and other communication platforms that are connected to the server. Respectful behavior also means respecting the privacy of other players and not sharing personal information without their consent.

2. No cheating or hacking: The use of cheats, hacks, bots or other unauthorized tools is strictly prohibited. Players caught cheating or hacking will be immediately and permanently banned from the server. This also applies to exploiting game mechanics in a way that is not intended by the game. Some client modifications are prohibited tools as well.

3. No unauthorized advertising: Unauthorized advertising for other servers, products or services is not permitted. Players who engage in unauthorized advertising may be temporarily or permanently banned from the server. This also applies to the sending of spam messages or the unauthorized sharing of links.

4. No inappropriate contents: Creating or sharing inappropriate content, including, but not limited to, pornographic, violent or racist content, is strictly prohibited. Players who create or share inappropriate content will be immediately and permanently banned from the server. This also applies to the sharing of content that could harass or otherwise disturb other players. Furthermore, the unnecessary use of capital letters and emotes, as well as spamming, is prohibited.

5. Deception of team membership: Minecraft names related to our network and pretending to be part of the network team is strictly prohibited.

6. No exploitation of bugs or glitches: Exploiting bugs or glitches in the game is prohibited. Players who discover a bug or glitch are encouraged to report it to the server team. Players caught exploiting bugs or glitches may be temporarily or permanently banned from the server.

7. Game behavior: Forming unauthorized teams in solo rounds, as well as cross-teaming in team-based rounds, artificially boosting stats, repeatedly killing other players without gaining any meaningful game advantage from it is prohibited.

8. No harassment: Any form of harassment, including, but not limited to, stalking, threatening or unwanted stalking, is strictly prohibited. Players who harass other players will be immediately and permanently banned from the server.

9. No publication of content or information: It is not permitted to publish content or information about players or the server on third party portals if this is inappropriate, not customary in the industry, not authorized or violates laws or recognized rules of human interaction. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing screenshots, videos, chat logs or other information without the express consent of the individuals concerned or the server team.

10. No trading outside the game: Trading game content (including, but not limited to, items, currency, accounts) for real money or other valuables that exist outside the game is strictly prohibited. Players caught trading outside the game may be temporarily or permanently banned from the server.

11. Ban evasion: Deliberate evasion of server and chat bans will result in immediate permanent exclusion from the network.

12. Account sharing: The sharing of accounts by several people is prohibited and will be punished with permanent exclusion.

These rules serve to ensure fair and respectful interaction on the server. Players who violate these rules will be subject to sanctions ranging from a temporary ban to permanent exclusion from the server. Please note that these rules may be changed or extended at any time. It is the responsibility of each player to check regularly for changes and to adhere to the rules.
