but since many things have evolved and we want to communicate even more clearly what it’s about, we would like to explain the system to you again here in a clear and simple way.
Why a ban system?
To ensure that everyone on our server has a fair and enjoyable gaming experience, clear rules are essential — along with a system that consistently enforces them in case of violations. Insults, trolling, cheating, or other disruptions can quickly ruin the atmosphere. Our point system ensures that misconduct has noticeable consequences — transparent, understandable, and fair.
How it works
Everyone starts with 0 points. If you break the rules, you receive penalty points — depending on how severe the violation is:
- 1–5 points → minor violations (e.g., trolling, teaming)
- 6–10 points → moderate violations (e.g., bug abusing)
- 11–20 points → major violations (e.g., cheating, advertising, discrimination)
The points are added up. This means that repeated offenses automatically lead to harsher punishments. Once certain point thresholds are reached, a corresponding ban period will follow — the higher the points, the longer the ban. Anyone who reaches 20 points will be permanently banned from the server.
What leads directly to a permanent ban?
Some actions result in an immediate permanent ban — without going through the points system. These include:
- Racism or other discriminatory remarks
- Hacking
- Ban evasion
- Shop fraud, such as chargebacks on purchases
Is there a second chance?
Yes. Players who have been banned for a chat offense can submit an unban request via the live chat. We also plan to introduce a system where points gradually decrease over time if no further violations occur. This way, old mistakes won’t be held against you forever.
